Coaching starts with an initial 60-90 minute foundation session which helps to focus the direction, establish your goals, and define the nature of our coaching partnership. Coaching then takes place during 30-60 minute sessions. Sessions are face-to-face or can also be arranged by telephone or e-mail. Fees are due and payable at the start of each month. Payments can be made by cash, check or securely via PayPal with your Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Group Coaching	Topical, formatted for entrepreneurs, One 90-minute sessions monthly, 4-8 people; by availability ~	$250 per month

Length of Commitment: How long we work together will be your decision. A minimum 3-month partnership is requested; a 6-9 month time frame is recommended. This is the window of time generally needed to create and sustain results.
