Lisa Godfrey has over 15 years business experience working with Chief Executive Officers, Presidents, General Counsels, Senior Vice Presidents of Human Resources, Board of Directors and high ranking government officials in fast-paced, confidential environments.  Ms. Godfrey has an extensive corporate background with experience in both public and private companies ranging in size from 10 employees to over 10,000.  Ms. Godfrey’s knowledge includes 5 years of venture capital experience specializing in life science and biotech companies, 4 years working for the Department of Defense-Air Intelligence Agency, possessing a top secret security clearance and 3+ years working for investment and consulting firms.

Ms. Godfrey earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science Degree in Counseling from the University of Phoenix.  To augment her understanding of human organizational interaction, she became registered as a psychotherapist by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, (Marriage Family Therapist Intern Registration No: 53607). 

Ms. Godfrey has a passion for helping individuals from all socioeconomic backgrounds. In 2006, she volunteered over 400 hours as a therapist-trainee at the YWCA-San Diego and their affiliate programs.  During that time, Ms. Godfrey conducted individual and family therapy sessions as well as facilitated group therapy sessions. 

Ms. Godfrey also serves on the Board of Directors of Celadon Road.  Celadon Road is a private company that provides consumers with the highest quality of products to promote a greener, healthier and more socially responsible lifestyle.
